The Colorado Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (formerly the Colorado Medical Directors Association) is organized to provide support and education for medical directors, providers, nursing home administrators and directors of nursing concerning the provision of post-acute and long-term care medicine.

We are a State Chapter of PALTmed, Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association. 

CMDA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
