Save the date!  PALTmed-Colorado's 31st annual Conference: Visionary Goals & Inspiring Leadership will be held on April 24, 2026 at the Denver PPA Event Center, 2105 Decatur Street, Denver Colorado.  We are planning a virtual option though the best experience will be in-person!


Each year, this event draws over 230 professionals dedicated to post-acute and long-term care medicine for a full day conference with continuing medical education.  Join us as we share best in class education, bring together our community, and advocate for the patients we serve.  Registration and Tradeshow information coming soon.

CMDA The Colorado Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (formerly the Colorado Medical Directors Association) is organized to provide support and education for medical directors, providers, nursing home administrators and directors of nursing concerning the provision of post-acute, long-term care medicine.

We are a State Chapter of PALTmed, Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association.
