Dear Colleagues in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care:
PALTmed-Colorado – The Next Generation of CMDA – is pleased to announce our 31st Annual Conference, Visionary Goals & Inspiring Leadership. It will be held Friday, April 24, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will again be hosted at the Denver PPA Event Center, 2105 Decatur Street, Denver, Colorado.
This premier educational event will bring together an outstanding faculty of national and local experts to present best practices and the highest standards of care in post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) medicine. Attendees—including physicians, medical directors, advanced practice nurses, physician associates, surveyors, directors of nursing, administrators, and other PALTC professionals—will gain timely, practical insights that directly impacts clinical practice and meaningfully improve daily care for the communities we serve. Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and expanded networking time with attendees and exhibitors. In honor of our 31st Anniversary, we invite you to join us, reconnect with friends and colleagues, and gain the most current education you need to best serve your residents. Here’s what you need to know:

Livestream: To further expand access and support rural facilities and clinicians throughout Colorado, we are pleased to offer a livestream participation option this year – there are no extra charges, and with notification, you may switch at any time.

Hotel Room Blocks: For those traveling to Denver, small room blocks have been secured at the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown and the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver–Speer for arrivals on Thursday through departures on Sunday – be aware that both hotels have deadlines in which to reserve rooms.

Convenience: The Denver PPA Event Center offers ample parking and convenient access via RTD at the Empower Field at Mile High Station.

Pre-conference, members-only welcome reception: A special reception for current and new members of PALTmed-Colorado is on Thursday, April 23, 2026, in Denver. We will send members more information via email.

The program agenda and online registration are available at www.CMDA.us. You may also register by requesting and returning the 2026 Registration Form with a check payable to CMDA and mail it to PALTmed-CO c/o Corecare Associates, 3123 Breakwater Court, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
