You are invited to attend the 26th Annual Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Conference jointly provided by CMDA and AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. CMDA is partnering with Colorado Health Care Association/Colorado Center for Assisted Living (CHCA/CCAL) to present this conference.
The theme is Moving Forward in PALTC Medicine. It will be held as a live-broadcast virtual convention on Friday, April 23, 2021, from 8 a.m.-4:50 p.m.
Register by April 1, 2021 to be included in the tote bag mailing. Registration starts at $130 per attendee for the live-broadcast only registration option. If you register 10 or more attendees from one organization the group registration rate starts at $120 per attendee.

It is important for your facility to be represented at this meeting. Our target attendance for this conference includes your facility medical director, providers, social workers, clinical pharmacists, administrator, and director of nursing.
