    PALTmed-Colorado, Post-Acute and Long-Term Medicine Association - Colorado, (formerly The Colorado Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and the Colorado Medical Directors Association) is organized to provide support and education for medical directors, providers, nursing home administrators and directors of nursing concerning the provision of post-acute and long-term care medicine.
